Germany is now at dire-straits, together with the rest of Europe and Europeans the world over. This article examines the democratically available measures for European democracy to prevail over Wall-Street's despotic illegal occupation and oppression regime which violates the Hague treatise.

The Constitution

Ever since year 1919 the only valid constitution of Germany has been that of the Weimar republic, named the Weimar constitution. It is the supreme law of  the land and the legal basis for protecting the democracy from usurpation ,be they entirely internal or in conjunction with foreign powers like the attempts named EFSF & EMF made en route to turning the ECB in to a holding-company for the entirely of the Euro crisis zone on behlaf of Wall-Street, which in turn usurps the USA constitution since late December 1913. These Banksters want now to ransack the peoples of the Europe by means of "repayment" of the funny-money loans, i.e. those issued by the Banksters under the auspices of the partial-reserve "system", namely having been generated by the private banks 'out thin air' to start with. This "repayment" is to be collected by means of 'Austerity packages' intended to render the world leading civilian EU in to a pile of rubble.

Martial Law

Between the years 1949 and 1990 it was illegally, immoraly and altogether illegitimately obstructed and hidden from public sight by menas of the martial law super imposed on the pious civil population of Germany by the Occupying power aka 'the Allies' i.e. UK, US, USSR & France.

That martial law comprised the Grundgesetz (GG), aka basic law, and the BRD (Bundesrepublik Deutschland), aka FRG. While the GG is officially revoked for a couple ofm decades by now, then the artifact of martial-law named the 'BRD' still floats around.

Defense of Democracy

The political entity named 'das  Deutschesreich' exists for many centuries and since its original inception has formed the only sovereign framework of the German people.

 In order to augment the protection to democracy provided by the Weimar  constitution, it is instrumental to democratically elect a leader to the Deutschedreich thus complete the restoration of civilization in Germany.

This possibility has been suppressed by means of the 66 yeras old Allied occupation regime in Germany, which now prefers to rule Germany via the 'Bundesrepublik Deutschland Finanz Agentur GmbH' since its establishment August 1990, aka 'Deutschland GmbH' .

This Finance Agency was set up in order to deal with the indebtedness imposed on Germany due to the double whammy of firstly paying all its hard earned reserves as ransom for releasing the GDR/DDR from the Soviet grip and then for restructuring it and for supporting its people. This had the effect of turning Germany from being partially enslaved to Bolshevism, i.e. by means of the DDR,  to overall enslavement by means of very heavy financial enslavement. This time round Germany is forced to pay it all unlike in the days of the Weimar republic when it drove a very high infation rate in order to nullify the funds France extorted in the course of the tweaked egotiations of 1919, i.e. with a loaded gun to the head of disarmed Germany.

On 19 November 2011 essential warnings have been made by the German finance minister Dr. Schäuble, pointing to the lack of enacted German sovereignty eversince 8 May 1945, en route dropping Germany in to an 'economic union' within 24 months i.e. till November 2013.

This 'economic union' is nothing but amalgamating the German "animal fram" managed by the 'Bundesrepublik Deutschland Finanz Agentur GmbH' under the larger "animal farm" managed by the ECB. These remarks follow the coup d'etat in Greece and Italy where agents of Goldman-Sachs have usurped the elected Prime-Ministers and the earlier coup d'etat this summer of the IMF by means of medieval style incarnation of the French democratic presidential candidate DSK, who is now litigating the Elissee for attempting against his human rights and career, actually for the Elissee having violently brutalized the French democracy.   

Essentially, all those coup d'etats: of Germany, Itlay, Greece & the IMF are intended to pre-empt the peoples of Europe from their sovereign right of defaulting on Loans which were made to them on the expense of substantial interest rates which in turn compensate for the risk the Banks issuing those loans took having concluded their own due-dilignce of lenders.

Gemany can still step out of this mess and save Europe from the Banksters, by means of setting up the DRP: die Deutschesreich Partei, which shall hold general elections to the democratic Reichskanzler instead of the fund-menegement CEO 'Bundeskanzler'. The Reichskanzler will declare a total default of sovereign debt and due to the definition of Sovereignty is prohibited from stepping the country in to any form of unification involving reduction of German sovereignty. Thereafter Germany shall seek to have all other Euro crisis countries default on their sovereign debt.

Germany: looted via twilight statutory Virtualization

Looting countries by means of statutory Virtualization is the unmistakable sign of Wall-Street. The bellow paragraph describes how it has been achieved with post WWII Germany.
 

1. Germany - from usurpation to occupation

1.1 The Wehrmacht surrendered on 8 May 1945 23:01 hours.
      The Reich itself NEVER surrendered, because it couldn't surrender,
      not having an elected leader alive in order to sign surrender.
      The death of Hitler rolled Germany back to Wiemar Constitution,
      which was later reenacted .
      Hitler's regime was an usurpation of the 2nd German Kingdom
      thus ended when he was toppled.

1.2 Occupation of the existing German Kingdom (Deutsche Kaiserreich)
      The Weimar republic and constitution existed within the German Kingdom,
      thus since the Wiemar Constitution is back in tact,
      the notion of 3rd German Kingdom is reduced to identity
      with the 2nd German Kingdom.

1.3 The Allies force till date the continuation of the war situation
1.3.1 There are NO peace agreements between Germany and allies
         or with its other neighbors, Since the occupying powers
         never allowed a free Germany to exist, which is the only entity
         which can sign peace treaties of most naturally.
1.3.2  It is also interesting how valid is the American side
         of the Surrender agreement of the Wehrmacht:

1.3.2.2 A USA treatise is valid constitutionally only if the senate approved it.

1.4 Present Germany is an illegal Corporation
"Bundesrepublik Deutschland Finanzagentur GmbH" was established 28.08.1990, shortly before the unification of the former GDR/DDR with the FRG/BRD to form the present day "overlay" state hiding behind it the authentic and legal German Kingdom.
This explains the recent American emphasis on Germany within context of Eurocrisis: "Germany" is for America an investment fund, unlike the Greco-Latin countries who are Sub-Primers and France which is Alt-A.
This corporation is illegal, acting in the twilight zone between (a) a Business leadership headed by the "Kanzler"; (b) a "constitutional" court appointed by the corporation which in turn intends now to change the Constitution (Angela Merkel's statement); and between (c) the Inquisitorial branch of the Church.

1.5 Alternative Reality show - under the Allies
"Two days prior to the enactment of the German constitution on 23 May 1949, a Secret Treaty (Geheimer Staatsvertrag) was signed, which gave complete Allied control over electronic and print media, film, culture and education until the year 2099.

As a result thereof, there are still 100,000 occupation troops in Germany; after 66 years there still has been no peace treaty concluded between Germany and the Victorious Allied Powers; and all of Germany’s gold reserves are held in the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in which the Rothschilds have a 57% shareholding.

This treaty has been confirmed by Major-General Gerd-Helmut Komossa, former head of German Military Intelligence in his book “Die Deutsche Karte” (The German Card).

(ii) There appear to be two constitutions. According to a resolution of the Constitutional Court (Verfassungsgericht) of 17 August 1956, “It is upheld that the German Reich has outlasted the collapse of 1945 and has never gone under or fallen, either through capitulation or through the exertion of foreign state authority in Germany by the Allies, or in the later course of time; it is still an entity with legal capacity, even though it is not fully operable as a government due to a lack of organization. The Federal Republic of Germany is NOT the successor of the German Reich”.

It needs to be noted that the Constitution of the Third Reich dates back to the North German Constitution of 1866. The principal reason why it still exists is because only the German High Command surrendered on 8-9 May 1945, and not the German Government.

Furthermore, the 1949 Constitution is termed the Basic Law, because it is a provisional constitution, pending unification of the lost territories. So far, only central Germany has been reunified – 3 October 1990. The eastern territories, as defined by the 1937 borders, still remain under Polish and Russian control."

2. Thus the Euro currency is an act within the Allied Occupation regime,while ceding economic sovereignty is already an act of treason within German Kingdom. Germany's 50% exports going to the Eurozone partners don't force any unification with them, just as much as Israel's 50% exports to Europe with 43% to the EU doesn't force such any union.
